Veronica M. Billiot who recently joined Bard Commercial Properties, Inc. has over 14 years experience in the Real Estate industry. She has an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies and studied Real Estate at Tulane University. Veronica’s diverse background includes sales, leasing, marketing and property management of residential, retail and office properties to include over 1,500,000 square feet of high rise office space. Veronica has successfully completed all of the required courses towards becoming a Certified Property Manager (CPM^®), the designation awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM^®). She has participated in numerous community and charitable events and is a member of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
