Is leasing the only option that Blue Way Developers has available?

No, we have office/retail condominium options that can be purchased.

If any existing layout does not fit my business needs, what are my options?

Blue Way Developers will work to accommodate all of your business needs, by either working with you to modify the existing space to your business. 

Or by providing “Shell” new construction and space planning a “turn-key” layout to your business specifications.

How long will it take to get a response on a proposal?

The Blue Way Developers ownership is local in Jacksonville and on-site.  Through Bard Commercial Properties, Inc. the on-site commercial real estate broker, evaluations and decisions can usually be made and delivered in 24 hours or less.

How long will it take to deliver a build-out?

A modification of an existing build-out will generally take a couple of weeks and delivery of a new build-out can usually be delivered in 60-90 days of an executed lease and approved drawings.

If during our lease we have a maintenance issue, how long will it take to resolve the issue?

Unlike most “absentee” management companies or Landlords, Blue Way Developers is an all inclusive company with its own management that is “on-site”.  Blue Way Developers will respond to your needs usually the same day and no later than the next business day.
